Weekly Garden Snapshot: 2023 week 35

This week has been warm, but still we’re starting to get those very early touches of autumn color here and there – enough to give the garden an extra air of cheerfulness.

Looking back 1-2 weeks and 1-2 years shows a lot more fruit than the garden has going this year, but I’ve still got my fingers crossed for the asters to show themselves soon.

Looking back 2-4 weeks and 2-4 years shows the great variety of the season, and maybe it will turn out that the crab-apples start blushing (yellow first) on schedule.
