photos taken November 18th 2023 of partially green, partially turned fall foliage.

It’s so dark out so early!  No longer being on Daylight Savings Time means I don’t get to see my garden as much when I come home from work.  Never-the-less, it’s still there, and a few plants are even managing to add a little bit more fall color as the weather thinks about turning properly cold.

Looking back 1-2 weeks and 1-2 years is kind of a mish-mash, with general agreement that brown-ness trends will continue at some sort of pace.  (And maybe we’ll get snow again soon.)

Looking back 2-4 weeks and 2-4 years shows a mosaic that’s somewhat more picturesque as well as on-point with standard seasonal trends, with beautiful, bright foliage last month, and wintery snow upcoming.

…This week my garden is kinda scruffy (I’ve been neglectful on the tidiness front), and otherwise waiting to see which way the weather turns.
